
Airport Shuttle
We use both commercial shuttle services and volunteers to transport our students and instructors to and from DFW Airport. We ask a donation of $60.00 per round trip to cover our costs that can be made by using the PayPal link that is included in a confirmation email that will be sent to you once you have submitted a shuttle form. If you would like to reserve a seat for the Airport Shuttle Service, use this FORM and provide your flight and contact information. Airport Shuttle Schedule:
Pickup from DFW Airport on Thursday, Oct. 19th (1 to 1.5-hour trip)
Pick-ups using our shuttle buses or volunteer vehicles are planned between 1-4:30 p.m. Please be at the curb outside your arrival gate with your bags. If arriving earlier, you will need to wait at the airport for the first shuttle available. If you arrive later, you will need to either rent a car or arrange Uber transportation by downloading the Uber app. For instructions, go to UBER. The cost for the one-way Uber trip is around $100.00 depending on rush hour conditions. Save yourself money by arranging to share a ride with other students on our Facebook group page.
Depart Retreat to DFW Airport on Monday, Oct. 23rd (1 to 1.5-hour trip)
Because of morning rush hour traffic, choose flights leaving DFW no earlier than 11 a.m. allowing for a three-hour travel/check-in period. Shuttles and volunteer cars will depart between 8-11:30 a.m. from the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel and a Hoblitzelle camp location to be announced at the retreat. If transportation is needed prior to or after the scheduled time, please make your own arrangements.
Hotel Shuttle
We will offer shuttle bus transportation to and from the Courtyard by Marriott Midlothian and Camp Hoblitzelle through donations of the users. Suggested donation — $30.00 for the entire event. Please make your donation by clicking on the “Donate” link found at the top of any page, and please be sure and enter “Shuttle Donation” in the comments window.. Sorry, but we do not provide transportation to any other area hotels.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a service “on call.” If you need to be transported at times other than those scheduled below, please make arrangements with other students who have driven to the retreat.

At the camp, the shuttle bus will drop off and pick up passengers at the Texas Pavilion except at meal times when passengers will be dropped off at the dining hall. At the Courtyard by Marriott Midlothian Hotel, the shuttle bus will pick up and drop off passengers at the hotel entrance. Look for the Shuttle Bus signs. Please note that our shuttle manager only handles shuttles to and from DFW Airport and the Courtyard by Marriott Midlothian, not the shuttle from the camp to the hotel.
