Meals are available at the camp — Thursday BBQ dinner, and three meals per day Friday through Sunday. The Deadline to register for meals is Thursday, October 1st, 2026.
In general, expect limited salad bar options for special dietary needs. PLEASE NOTE: The Hoblitzelle kitchen is not an “official” gluten-free and vegan kitchen. With the exception of the BBQ dinner (Texas Pavilion if good weather, the Dining Hall if not), all of the meals are served at the Dining Hall. Meals are priced at $23.00 for the Thursday BBQ dinner, $12.00 for breakfasts and $13.00 for lunches and $15.00 for dinners. Please order your meals within your online account. “Guest Concerts” are held at every meal. Even if you elect not to have a meal at the Dining Hall, you can still attend the concerts. We are completely sold out of food from Camp Hoblitzelle for ALL MEALS. If you have not signed up and paid for meals already, you will not be able to eat any of the food prepared by Camp Hoblitzelle (including the BBQ on Thursday). We are unable to make any exceptions.
On Wednesday, in our final pre-retreat email, we will include a list of local grocery stores and eateries just in case you were unable to purchase meals before the deadline a few weeks ago.
