There are a limited number of housing options on campus. Particularly if you want a private room or cottage, you should register as early as possible. Here is a form for SPECIAL HOUSING REQUESTS (e.g., handicap or no stairs). To help us accommodate as many students as possible and save you money, please consider sharing a room. The room rates are the same regardless of the number of occupants, however, we require at least one student or retreat staff member to be a lodger in the room on campus. No pets are allowed anywhere on campus.
NOTE: If all our rooms and cottages have already been reserved when you register, you can get on a waiting list by going to LIST and completing the form. We also have our official “RETREAT HOTEL” that may have available rooms.

Dorms
We will have several dormitories available this year. These are bunkhouses with a number of beds placed in an open area. Each dorm has bathroom and shower facilities. We also will have four rooms in the Ponderosa (women only) and Chaparral (men only) available for rent with three bunk beds (six beds total) in each. The beds for all of these lodging choices are twin size and you are required to bring your own bed linen and/or sleeping bags, pillows, and towels. See dorm rates at FEES.
