Antonio Lorenzo Santiago is a multi-instrumentalist.. He started playing the guitar in 2009 then began to play the Irish tenor banjo in 2013 followed by mandolin and tenor guitar in 2015. He has also performed on stage on keyboard, fiddle, & bodhran.
Additionally, he was the 2016 Midwest Fleadh U15 champion on banjo and mandolin and placed first in duos in 2019 with fiddler Margaret Graham.
He started the band Reel Treble when he was 14, which has performed throughout Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Florida. He has also performed in Dublin at Temple Bar and in Sligo and Ennis, Ireland.
Antonio is a senior at the University of North Texas, majoring in Learning Technologies, and minoring in Music, Music Business Entrepreneurship, and Geology.
