Please use this form to inform us how you would prefer to be paid. We will pay your teaching honorarium before or during the retreat using the payment method you select below. For your merchandise sales and any approved reimbursable expenses, we will pay you on Sunday evening after the Farewell Concert in cash or check (if selected) or, if by other means, within 48 hours after the retreat. Please note that we will subtract 3% from sales to cover credit card processing fees.
