Fleadh Market Form

For years we have been asked by our participants to provide a way for them to buy and sell used instruments and music-related accessories at the Retreat. Our Retreat Store is already busy with selling our own products, so we have decided to offer a “Fleadh Market” where such transactions can take place. The Fleadh Market will be held during the lunch period on Saturday, October 24th in the Dining Hall Patio looking out over the lake. If you are interested in selling items, please complete the form, review the agreement and sign below.

O’Flaherty Retreat Fleadh Market Agreement

The O’Flaherty Irish Music Retreat (OIMR) provides the Fleadh Market to its students and staff as a courtesy, to provide a convenient way for owners of instruments and music-related accessories to connect with potential buyers attending the Retreat. All sales are between the owner and the buyer. OIMR only provides the location. OIMR is not a participant in the sale in any way.

OIMR will provide a host who will oversee the event but the host is not assuming any risk for theft, loss, damage, misrepresentation, inaccuracies of description or typographical errors related to any item offered for sale. OIMR provides no warranties, guarantees or representations related to any item being offered for sale and does not assume any responsibility for pricing, payment, fraud, or advice on either side of any transaction.

Individuals or organizations in the business of music-related sales, such as but not limited to musical instrument shops, are not allowed to sell items in the Fleadh Market.

No more than five items may be offered for sale by any owner.

I, as owner of the above listed instruments and/or music-related accessories, agree to abide by the above agreement and conditions and am hereby entering my items into the Fleadh Market for potential sale and agree to retrieve my items by the end of lunch on Saturday, October 24th.
