Payment Policies

Please read the following very carefully. Your reservations and refund options are dependent on following this policy.  Some lodging and class choices will quickly sell out, so we encourage you to register early. Online registration begins at 9 a.m. (CDT), Saturday, June 20th, 2026.

Payment — Upon registering, you must pay in full by credit or debit card to hold your reservation. If you are unable to pay in full, you must request a unique code that will enable you to pay a $100.00 deposit. Obtain the code by going to REQUEST.  If not paid off sooner, the remaining balance will automatically be charged to the same card on Monday, September 28th, 2026. If you have any questions, please contact our REGISTRAR. For simplicity, we encourage full payment at the time of registration. 

Refunds — Cancellations must be made by Monday, September 2st, 2026 to be eligible for full refund. After that, refunds will only be given if your reservation can be re-sold to someone else.  To request a refund, send email to our REGISTRAR. Financial fees incurred by us will be subtracted from any refund.

Late Registration Fee — After, Saturday, August 1st, 2026, registration will include a $50.00 late registration fee.

Late Registration — After Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, our ability to process registration isn’t guaranteed. Some class, meal, and lodging options will be sold out by this date. Contact our REGISTRAR for options.

Reservation and Payment Confirmation — It is your responsibility to make sure your reservations and payments are properly recorded. Because some items will sell out, we can’t always fix it later.

Your reservation is NOT secured until you get the WooHoo! confirmation page. Otherwise, there is some issue that must be fixed to hold your reservations and complete your registration. Financial Difficulties — If you are having to withdraw or not enroll due to financial issues, contact the Retreat Co-Directors at info@oflahertyretreat.org. We may be able to help.
