Tuition
Adults: $350.00 (18 and older)
Youth (by invitation only): $250.00 Ages 12-17. Please see our AGE EXCEPTION POLICY for the process by which non-adults may enroll.
Includes three days of classes, workshops, and concerts, but not lodging or meals.
*NEW* Extracurricular Pass: $150.00 This includes workshops, lectures, concerts, sessions, and the Lone Star Céilí, but not Core Instrument classes
Guest Fee: $50.00 (18 and older) or $25.00 (12-17) or Free (under 12) If you register without selecting classes, you’ll receive a badge that permits you to be on campus. The fee also covers admission to the evening instructor concerts, sessions, and the Lone Star Céilí. The badge will be issued at check-in. Everyone must register to be on campus.
Late Registration Fee: $50.00 If you register after Saturday, August 1st, 2026, you will be charged a late fee.

Keys for on-campus rooms must be left in the rooms on Monday morning to avoid lost key fees.

RV Sites
- Only dry camping at Chapel parking lot – FREE, no minimum. PLEASE NOTE: Due to our insurance policy restrictions, Hoblitzelle Camp, not the O’Flaherty Retreat, is the sole provider of these services.
Tent Sites (No longer Fort Tejas)
- Only tent camping in the fenced area left of the parking lot to the left of the chapel – FREE, no minimum. PLEASE NOTE: Due to our insurance policy restrictions, Hoblitzelle Camp, not the O’Flaherty Retreat, is the sole provider of these services.

Parking is free, and we will have a shuttle bus going to and from this hotel and the camp. Meals
- All meals are optional. You must register online for the meals you want.
- Meals offered: Thursday dinner, and breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, breakfast foods will be available for sale at the camp’s Cafe in the Maverick building.
- Meals may be ordered online. Prices are $12.00 for breakfast and $13.00 for lunch and $15.00 for dinner. Price is $23.00 for the Thursday night BBQ dinner.
- NOTE: The Hoblitzelle kitchen is not an “official” gluten-free and vegan kitchen.
- With the exception of the BBQ dinner (Texas Pavilion if good weather, or Longhorn Room in the Coffield if not), all of the meals are served at the Dining Hall.

Shuttle Service
Airport to and from Camp
Due to the difficulties (both financial and legal) in operating our own shuttle service between area airports and the camp, we have opted instead to create a Ride Share Board and a “group” Uber service the details of which will be presented prior to the beginning of online enrollment on June 8th.
Hotel to Camp Transportation
We will offer shuttle bus and “Ride Share” transportation to and from the Courtyard by Marriott Midlothian . Sorry, but we do not provide transportation to any other area hotels. See schedule and how to use services at SHUTTLE. If you use the shuttle, help us defray the costs of providing this service by making a donation at the retreat booth.
Guests
Everyone on campus must register and wear a badge. If you enroll without selecting classes, you will be charged a “guest fee” of $50.00 for all adults, $25.00 for youth (12-17), and free for youth (under 12). The fee permits you to be on the campus and also covers the cost of admission to the evening instructor concerts, sessions, and the Lone Star Céilí. A badge will be issued at check-in.
