Youth (by invitation only): $150.00. Ages 12-17. Please see our Age Exception Policy for the process by which non-adults may enroll.

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer offer one or two-day tuition.

Non-reundable Rate: $94.00 per night (first night is non-refundable and will be charged to your card at the time of booking) for single king or two queens. Breakfast included.

Shuttle Service

Aiport to and from Camp Shuttle
We offer a shuttle van service between DFW Airport and Hoblitzelle Camp & Conference Center or the Courtyard by Marriott Midlothian at specific times before and after the retreat.  The cost is $25.00 per person, per one-way trip. Sorry, but we do not offer shuttle service to Dallas Love Field Airport. 

Airport Shuttle Van Schedule:

PICKUP AT DFW AIRPORT, THURSDAY, OCT. 19 (1 to 1.5-hour trip)
Pick-ups are planned for 2 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. Times may change depending on demand.  If arriving later, check with us to see if special arrangement can be made.  

DEPART RETREAT FOR DFW AIRPORT, MONDAY, Oct. 23 (1 to 1.5-hour trip)
Students should pick flights leaving DFW no earlier than 9:30 a.m.  This requires being on the first shuttle leaving the camp/hotel at 6 a.m. Monday.  Shuttles are planned for 6 a.m., 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Monday. Shuttle times may change depending on demand and flight schedules.

Hotel to Camp Transportation
We will offer shuttle bus transportation to and from the Courtyard by Marriott Midlothian for a charge of $25.00 for all four days. Sorry, but we do not provide transportation to any other area hotels.

Depart Texas Pavilion to Historic Waxahachie at 10 a.m. (Fri. & Sat. only)

Afternoon
Depart Waxahachie Court House to Texas Pavilion at 3 p.m. (Fri. & Sat. Only)
Depart camp from Chapel or Texas Pavilion for hotel at 3:45 p.m. (after classes end at 3:15 p.m.)
Depart hotel for camp at 5 p.m. (before dinner at 5:30 p.m.)

Evening
Depart camp from Chapel or Texas Pavilion for hotel at 6:45 p.m. (after dinner is over at 6:30 p.m.)

Note that there are two locations at the camp from which students and staff will be picked up.  The shuttle bus will stop at the Chapel first and then on the driver’s way out, he will stop at the Texas Pavilion. For shuttle schedule as PDF, go to Bus Service.

Extra Concert/Ceili Tickets

For non-student guests wanting tickets for the evening concert series (Fri., Sat. & Sun.) and the ceilis on Thursday and Saturday nights, the cost is $15.00 per person and $10.00 for students 18 and younger.  Tickets can be purchased online or at the Retreat Booth.
